【重要】SNS等で公開しているイラストの利用について
当サイト運営者は、X (旧Twitter)などのSNS、外部サイトにもイラストを投稿しています。
外部サイトのイラストは、投稿本文に「フリー素材」と明記し、当サイト(mozneko.com)へのリンクが記載されているものに限り、フリー素材としてご利用いただけます。
上記の明記がない作品は、すべてフリー素材ではありません。 無断での使用や転載は固くお断りいたします。

当サイトのイラストは、個人・法人、商用・非商用を問わず、無料でご利用いただけます。
事前の連絡や、クレジットの表記も必要ありません。（表記してくれる方々には感謝致しております。）
こんな使い方ができます

・公序良俗に反する目的、反社会的な勢力や違法行為に関わる利用
・他者を誹謗中傷する目的での利用
・当サイトのイラストや、加工したイラストを利用しての商標登録
・その他、作者が不適切だと判断する利用
出版物でのご利用について
書籍や同人誌など、出版物でのご利用には、以下のお願いがございます。
本文中の挿絵やカットとしてご利用いただくことは可能です。その際は、出典として「もずねこ（又はmozneko）」のクレジット表記をお願いいたします。
ただし、イラストが書籍の顔となるような表紙での利用など、デザインの主体となるご利用はご遠慮ください。
イラストの加工・AI利用について
加工はご自由に行っていただいて構いません。
色の変更、反転、トリミング、文字入れ、他の画像との合成など、デザインに合わせて柔軟にご調整ください。
当サイトのイラストをAIによる学習・生成などに利用することも、特に制限しておりません。
著作権について
当サイトで配布しているすべてのイラストの著作権は、「もずねこ（mozneko）」に帰属します。

(e.g., goods like T-shirts, smartphone cases, acrylic keychains, or stickers where the illustration itself is the primary commercial value) (Note: Creating goods for personal use (for yourself, friends, etc.) is perfectly fine.)
- Use for purposes that are against public order and morals, or related to anti-social forces or illegal activities.
- Use for the purpose of slander or defamation against others.
- Registering the illustrations, or any modified versions of them, as a trademark.
- Any other use that the author deems inappropriate.
● Use in Publications
The following conditions apply to the use of illustrations in publications such as books, magazines, or doujinshi.
- Use as an insert or illustration within the main text is permitted. In such cases, please provide credit to “mozneko”.
- However, please refrain from using the illustrations as the main feature of a design, such as on a book cover.
● Editing, Modification, and AI Use
- You are free to edit or modify the illustrations. Please feel free to change colors, flip, crop, add text, or combine them with other images to fit your design needs.
- We also do not place any particular restrictions on using the illustrations for AI learning, generation, or similar purposes.
● Copyright
